VVEngine opening a blank browser page

Dear All,

1. Something has gone wrong in recent weeks and when I click on the tray icon of VVEngine a blank browser page is opened and I cannot follow the progress of synchronization or anything that VVE is doing.
2. The widget seems to work fine (showing profiles, progress). However, when clicking on "Open Profile Page", again a blank browser page is opened...

Any ideas?

Hi, what is the page address? Could you check the file VVEngine.log, please see VVEngine help file for its location. thanks!

Dear Support,

thank you for your message.

To answer your questions:

1. The address of the blank page when opened is //127.0.0.1:8001/
Interestingly, the name of the browser tab is 127.0.0.1(1x1)
2. The lines in the log file are:

03/22/2016 19:20:54 [37944.778-PID:4872-08152] Received command 'gethttpport'
03/22/2016 19:20:54 [37944.778-PID:4872-08152] Sent answer '100-8001'

What does this mean?

OK,

this topic has been posted 11 days ago and still no solution has been proposed? Is that the kind of service ViceVersa offers to paying customers?

Sorry for delay, can you please send the VVEngine log to support ? Which browser are you using? Is the VVEngine process running? thanks!
