parameter is incorrect

Hi!
From below I've got error "The parameter is incorrect".
"Err: ()" have red colour.
window "checking archive folder ..." is appear.
but file in archive folder copy from target folder is complete.
I've use XP+sp2 vv2010.

I'm use XP eng language version but in regional, standard format and location set in Thai.

It's happen everytime I use archive function.

I try to use with other PC,it 's have same result.But It's work on window 2003server.
