|
|
I am at a loss on this one, trying to backup selected sub-folders (and all files under each of these sub-folders), from a main folder on my NAS drive.
the path for the main folder is: \\NAS_drive\main_folder\
The sub-folders I want to copy, along with the files are:
\\NAS_drive\main_folder\sub-folder1\
\\NAS_drive\main_folder\sub-folder3\
\\NAS_drive\main_folder\sub-folder6\
\\NAS_drive\main_folder\sub-folder8\
Setting the path for just the "main_folder", it finds the source, but it then copies all of the sub-folders and files. However having tried setting up multiple paths for each sub-folder, it now cannot find the source. Even if it did, I assume it would then only copy the files and not the sub-folder for each.
Thanks, |

Tested with the sub-folder filter option and it was what I needed. Apparently, as soon as you add one "add" option, it then automatically excludes everything else, so you only have to "add" those sub-folders desired. I thought I would also have to exclude all of the others, but found this was not necessary. Solved.... |
