|
|
I have a sort of holding folder on one of my drives where everything downloads from the internet and where I place items for uploading.
I don't want any of the contents of this folder to be backed up and have therefore made it an "Excluded Folder" in the profile.
However, VV detects movements in the folder, and whilst not backing up, it wastes time and resources examining, even though the folder is excluded, so much so, that whenever I shut down my PC, VV is almost always working, which in turn throws up a failure next time I boot the PC.
Any ideas please? |

Right now, when monitoring for file changes file filters and subfolder filters are not considered, e.g. a change is detected and the profile runs, then files are excluded. This is something that needs to be improved in the VVEngine. thanks _________________ --
