Hi. I am just getting a blank page for VVengine after upgrading win 2012 to 2012 r2. Have tried uninstall and reinstall.

yep, tried that.

Have also just un-installed rebooted reinstalled and still the same problem

Update. I can open remotely no problem I am using chrome. But still cannot open on the server IE11

I found this searching on Google:

Go to : "Control Panel" -> "Internet Options" -> "Advanced" -> "Reset"

Initially, it wouldn't let me reset because "other programs were open". Then at the suggestion of some others, I went to Task Manager, and quit all IE processes in "Background Processes". After I did that, I was able to reset and delete all personal settings. Then I restarted my computer and now it works! I hope this helps! Good luck!
