How do I move just the files and not folders?

I need to move a large number of files from their current folders and place them into a single folder. Is it possible to do this with this product?
Example:
Source:
folder1\*.*
folder2\*.*
etc. etc. etc.
Move all files from with these folders to:
Destination:
newlocation\*.*
without creating the folder structure above.

Note more than 300K individual uniquely named files will be stored in destination folder. (yeah I know)
