|

Hi
We are using Vice Versa PRO 2.5 Build 2514 64-bit and have configured file replication using the Backup (Mirror Source to Target) method.
We are copying a number of large files (between 1GB and 3GB on average) to a remote location across a WAN once a month.
This works perfectly apart from the odd occasion where an error occurs and one of the files does not complete and fails. Note: It is not the same file each time and is 100% due to a comms error rather than being anything file related.
I need to know if Vice Versa has a retry on failure option, so when one file fails part way through it retries that file again until successful allowing the job to complete successfully.
Thanks. |

Right now ViceVersa does not have that capability, but it's a feature that would be quite useful to have over WAN. There is the capability in VVEngine to re-run a profile immediately on error, which would result in re-copying that file that has failed. _________________ --
