I am suffering from very inconsistent write speed using ViceVersa Pro writing to a NAS unit. When I do a straight copy, the speed it very decent, but using VVPro, the speed fluctuates from 5MB/s and then eventually drops and stays at around 800kB/s. I have already messed with the caching settings, but the combinations are too many to test. Can someone please provide a recommended setting for copying over a network?

Try to increase the buffer size in the advanced sync settings.
