How the heck do you get timely support? There is no phone number to call and responses through email have most often taken 2-3 days, if you get a response at all. Latest issue is that I was told via email that I would get a trial extension and a VVEngine license for testing since the trial for VVEngine also expired before we could get an accurate picture of whether or not ViceVersa was going to work. That was several days ago and I have gotten no further response even after emailing again.
My customer has just about had it and I had to fight tooth and nail with them to get them to even try a product that had no phone support. Unfortunately I'm finding myself having to side with them on how poor email only support can be. The sync we have to do is critical and support via email only is questionable at best. |
