| Downloaded trial version so as to synchronize my email between my Windows7 Laptop and my Windows XP Pro desktop. After more than 3 hours of frustration I gave up. Every link tells me about all the neat things this software can do but none of them tell me how. |

Once again , just more of the same blowing your own horn. All of the "it can do's are useless without the How to 's. I use the same user ID and password on both machines and I can access the files directly from one computer to the other. Any attempt to sync them with this software results in access denied, you don't have permission or network password issues. I'm just not inclined to purchase software that requires a Phd in Quantum Physics to use it.  |

Hi, which e-mail files do you want to sync / copy? Are the files "in-use" e.g. is the e-mail program running ? thanks
