VV Engine Gadget not for Windows 8.1

Apparently Microsoft decided to remove the Gadget Option for Windows 8, eliminating being able to use the VV Engine Gadget, which many have found to be a very handy tool. However, there is a site that has created a free Gadget tool for use with Windows 8, bringing back all of the Microsoft Gadgets and allowing the addition of outside Gadgets. However, it appears that the installation of the VV Engine Gadget that worked fine in Windows 7, does not seem to install the gadget into this software 8GadgetPack.net.

As this tool for Windows 8 seems to be secure, free of junk and free, it would be great if TGRMN Software could look into a VV Engine Gadget that would work with this software.

Hi, do you know if 8GadgetPack.net can run all Windows 7 gadgets or is it limited? thanks

I believe it includes all of the Windows 7 Gadgets, but not sure. Anyway, they advise that you can add gadgets to it, as long as the suffix is .gadget, however your vvengine gadget will not install? It is a free application, so you can see for yourself at: 8gadgetpack.net
