Is there a place to suggest new features?

I would like to suggest a change to Vice Versa where excluded directories are not monitored for file changes. I have excluded directories with constant file changes where the file changes don't get copied (what I want) but the profile keeps running in VV Engine when it sees the change in the excluded directories.
