We'd like to run our Windows 2012 R2 file servers as Server Core. However, I understand that this is not possible if we use ViceVersa as ViceVersa needs a GUI. Is it possible to configure the ViceVersa profiles using the server GUI, and then, using the VVEngine for scheduling, drop the server into Core mode. If we do this, will ViceVersa work? _________________ UK High School Network Technician |

So we can't configure the ViceVersa profile in the GUI, configure the schedule, and then drop out of the GUI into Core? Surely, once the profiles are configured, there is no need for the GUI? At the moment I configure schedules remotely in a browser. _________________ UK High School Network Technician |
