I have a VVScheduler 2.0.0.5 for 64-bits running on Windows Server 2008 R2 64-bits.

A scheduled task had been set up with a Domain\ServiceID to replicate data from the local hard disks to a remote server daily. It had been working fine for over a year, but until a couple months ago, it stopped working. History of the task showed "Launch Failure."

I tried to change any settings in the task, it showed
"An error has occurred for task_viceversapr2_task_xxxxx..... A specified logon session does not exist. It may already have been terminated."

I found that if "Run only when user is logged on" in the Security Options of the task was unselected it would not work.
(Unselecting it never had caused any issues in the older version of VVScheduler for 32-bits running to Win Svr 2003.)

In Microsoft Technet, I found some discussions but most of them suggested using local Administrator, etc., but copying data to another server in the same Domain, I prefer using a Domain\ServiceID to do the replication.

Do you have any solutions or workarounds?

Hi, maybe you could try the VVEngine scheduler and set it up to run as a service under Domain\ServiceID ?
