Does that problem occur on more than one machine? Does it follow the user?
The error can mean any number of things, but it depends on whether it is server wide or specific to a machine or user account.
If it is machine specific then it would point to an Outlook profile issue.
Recreate the Outlook profile and remember to trash the OST file and see whether that resolves the issue.
