Is it possible, with this software program, to replicate a specific file type from many subdirectories into one consolidated directory? For example, within our file structure we have each particular resource for our company in their own subdirectories and under each of these subdirectories there are multiple file types. We would like to maintain that file structure for our master resource listing, but would like to copy the individual file type out of each subdirectory and place in a single directory for that file type (pull all the *.txt files out into a TXT Directory, and all the *.jpg files out into a JPG Directory.) The filter aspect of the software allows me to capture just the file type I want to work with - but I am unfamiliar with how to tell the program not to make a full replication of the file structure and place all those files under their own folders. |
