Hi,

Just want to ask if it is possible that all the new files from source will be put in separate folder with date in the destination folder?

Because I'm planning for daily backup, and I want to know which file they are working on that day.

Thanks...

Hi, you could use folder variables, please see help file, e.g. target folder could be set to: x:\targetfolder\<date>\ where <date> is replaced by ViceVersa with current date. thanks

Hi,

Thank you for the reply, but when i tried to set a <date> in the target all the files in the source will copy again to the new folder which is current date. It is possible that only the modified & new files will be copied in the current date folder?

Hi, only copying changed files in a third folder cannot be done automatically. It can only be done manually, e.g. comparing source and target folder in ViceVersa, then selecting files that re not matching and select "Copy To..." to copy to a third folder.
