Very frequently, I sync files between a Windows 8.1 and a Mac.
The problem is that VV reports false conflicts.
More exactly: VV thinks a file has been modified on the Mac side, while this is not true. The dates displayed in the compare windows are correct. But I guess the date stored in the sync database is wrong.
This is a procedure I do for years.
I have the following problem only since I switched to OSX 10.9. |

Hi , are you using the latest version and build of ViceVersa? Is ViceVersa accessing the MAC folder via a standard Windows Share? thanks _________________ --

Yes, using the latest version.
Resetting the database does not help.
Not sure what you mean with "standard Windows Share". The Mac folder is shared. The Windows folder is shared too. |

It's not the same error. Only a timestamp issue on my side.
I should add I use Dave on OSX, to easy networking (thursby.com).
I understand the problem is not necessarily on the VV side, maybe wrong timestamps are transmitted. |
