VVEngine issues on Windows 8.1 and Internet Explorer 11

The following two issues were identified testing VVEngine 2.1 build 2103 on Windows 8.1:

- The new Internet Explorer 11 is reported as an unsupported browser (Chrome and Firefox are OK). This is due to Internet Explorer 11 no longer identifying itself as Internet Explorer as it used to.
This issue will be fixed in the next VVEngine build.

- The new Internet Explorer 11 in Windows 8.1 can no longer connect to http://127.0.0.1:8001 , which is the web page where VVEngine is running. To work around this issue , enter manually the following address in IE11 instead: http://localhost:8001
This issue will be fixed in the next VVEngine build.
