Cannot open source folder

I am getting this error when trying to backup a folder containing a Windows Backup of Exchange Data.

The user running the task has full access to the source and target folders.

Windows Server 2008
No both folders are local

Source is internal HDD
Target is USB HDD

Thank you, are you running the latest ViceVersa PRO version and build? Can you post part of the log showing the error? Log location is shown in profile settings -> execution. thanks

Hi, try right clicking on the ViceVersa program icon and select "run as administrator". thanks

Hi, that worked thanks but how do I ensure that the VV scheduler task runs in the same way?

Hi, the VVScheduler is always running tasks elevated, make sure the scheduled task is setup to run under the correct account. thanks
