Hello,
we are using VVEngine and are trying to optimize the time it takes to backup our data (from one server to another one). We have between 2000k and 3000k files to backup with increments ranging from 100-5000 files / day. We've enabled the "no-rescan target" in our VV profiles.
By using VV-Engine the Monitoring level = subfolder we were expecting our backup to take significantly less time. It seems to be the case if the increment is small (e.g. < 100 files) but sometimes it can take up to 2 hours to run the process.
In such a case, we stop the current process and run the profile with a full recomparison and it goes much faster.
Anything you would recommend to check so that the incremental backup runs faster always?
thank you |

That's very strange, can you please send the profile log (ViceVersa -> profile settings -> execution) to support? thanks _________________ --
