Is there anyway to move say a file that was deleted from a Source to a Target, in a Sync formation, to a different folder...

What we are trying to do is replicate data in a spoke & hub formation... We do not want our data to be able to be deleted from a "spoke" and then have it be gone for good...

What we would like is for any deleted file to be removed from all locations on the spoke and hub and then have it moved to a separate location for backup, in case the file was deleted by mistake/ to be reviewed by administrators for deletion..

Is there a way to do this?

Yes, it's possible, see File Archiving:
http://www.tgrmn.com/web/kb/item22.htm

Using File Archiving, when a file is overwritten or removed during a sync or replication, the old file is first moved to an archive location, locally or over the network. Files moved to the archive location maintain the original timestamp. The timestamp of when they were moved is also encoded in the file name. Multiple versions of files can be kept for a specified period of time.
