We have a default install and when the machine boots, configured to run the VVLauncher service, there is no way to access the VVLauncher panel. Clicking on the systray icon loads the log file, and no menu option allows access. It's a catch-22; we can't fix the "profile not assigned" error but we can't load the panel to set the profile!
If we kill ALL services (any instances of VVLauncher and one instance of stub.exe) we then get the correct "Open VVLauncher" menu option from the systray icon.
We have confirmed the issue with clean installs on multiple machines. Help! |

Hi - when VVLauncher is installed as a service with InstServ, the User Interface is no longer accessible and VVLauncher can be checked using the log file that are on the VVLauncher tray icon. To change settings you will need to stop the service using InstServ, start VVLaunhcer from the Start menu, change the settings and then install VVLauncher as service again. _________________ --
