I am trying to copy the contents of a folder to another folder on the same hard drive. The source has many subfolders but no long file names. I have selcted "Include subfolders" in the settings. I tried "Update target" and "allign source and target" but in both cases only some of the folders are copied. No error message is displayed but the comparison window does show the mismatched files that were not copied. If I manually select a small group of files in the source drive from the comparison window, I can right-click and select copy to target, I can copy some of the omitted files to the target. I do not see any security settings in the omitted files that would cause a problem. Seems like I am trying to do something very simple but the program is not working..
I am using Windows Vista and I am signed in as the Administrator. |

After posting this comment, I tried to copy my files using Windows Explorer (select and drag). Windows gave me an error message that there was not enough room on the hard drive to complete the copy. Is it possible that Vice Versa had the same problem but never gave me any kind of warning or message ??
