Below is an example of a path we are using it seems to only fail on the directories with brackets.
2006-01-23 22:04:07 : Copying folder \\?\V:\Company\xyz (Securities)\xxxx xxxx\ [Can not create "\\?\S:\Data\Company\xyz(Securities)\xxxx xxxx\". Containing folder could not be created.] [ERROR].
V = the source drive and S = The Destination, they are both mapped drives. and have the right permissions as other folders and files are able to copy. we use viceversa to update the target only for backup purposes .We are using version pro 2 2.0.0.9
is there a way around this?
Thanks |

I copied over the directory manually, and found that in the log this morning its giving the same problem but with a different path here is part of the log, please excuse the x's they are only place holders for the company name (for privacy reasons) - we are using a licenced version of the software. Thanks Jimmy

Found out what the problem was, some of the sub directories had a security policy applied, and the admin account didnt have access!
Working perfectly now! Thanks |
