|
|
When my computer crashed, I just switched from Windows XP to WIndows 7. I reinstalled my ViceVersa Pro and started to do b backup. The system would not erase any old datas that I had on the backup drive. So I formatted the external backup drive.
When I started to backup the data, some directories worked perfectly. Others would only copy files and omit any folders. I am not sure what is different in the different directories.
When I worked with Windows XP, the backups were perfect. |

Hello,
try running ViceVersa PRO "as administrator", right click on the ViceVersa icon and select "run as administrator"

It may be possible your some folder backup become corrupted or deleting some files from it. To get back all data from these folder , go for Kernel for Windows data recovery software that easily recover and repair all data from hard disk. |
