I have two servers on the same domain and I'm trying to make a mirror backup from one to another for disaster recovery, but not all of the permission are being copied across. I've set the option to copy permissions in profile settings -> advanced settings. Is there something else I need to do? |

No, there is no inherited permissions, the mirror back up is starting from a root folder on a shared drive. |

Yes, the source and target are on the same domain as my first post stated. Two groups I noticed not being copied are a Domain Admins group and an Authenticated Users group. There could be others but it is very tedious looking through the all folders at all the permissions and trying to match them up. |
