I am looking for a product to help create directory structure.
I have specific file permissions on directory tree that are the same all the time, so I have a "template" of this. when I create a new project folder it has different permissions than my "template". So when I copy the template under the new project folder, it inherrets the new project folder permissions. I want it to retain the permissions I have already assigned to my "template" folders.
Does ViceVersa have a method to retain file permissions? |

Hello, yes, in the ViceVersa profile settings there's an option to retain NTFS permissions for file and folders when copying. The option is in profile settings -> advanced settings.
