I am getting this error when I click on "Show Comparison":
Unable to open tracking database "C:\ProgramData\ViceVersaPro 2\vvdb3.tdb" for reading and writing. Aborting comparison. Check the tracking database path in the profile settings.
We have Vice Versa Pro on our 2008 Windows Server. We have restarted the server and it still does not work. Also in the Latest Status line, it states "Unable to open tracking database. It may be inaccessible or in use by another ViceVersa process. I have double checked to see if another comparison is running and no other one is running. What do I need to do in order to resolve this issued? |

Hi, try resetting the tracking database , in ViceVersa profile settings -> execution, clock on "Reset Database". Are you able to reset the database? thanks _________________ --

When I clicked on Reset Database, another error shows up.
Failed to reset database "C:\ProgramData\ViceVersa PRO 2\vvdb3.tdb". File not found or in use by another program. |
