On my HyperV2008 server there is four VM's running, All four backups have been going great until Sage Act! was upgraded to 2013 and the SQL with that from 2005 to 2008. I can create the snapshot manually but it fails when run through viceversa. Also the other three backups work. This is the email it sends. Any suggestions?

In the HyperV manager, right click on the VM and click snapshot it will complete. But if I watch the viceversa pro backup the snapshot fails. |

So Act and all SQL have been uninstalled and the VM restarted. The other 3 VM's backups are completing successfully and the same error on this VM. Is there any other logs that would help? |

The solution was after that install a service for backup software that had been uninstalled on the VM years ago was now running. |
