Hi,

In VV ENgine, i have a profile using real time sync but i also set a full comparison to run in every 24 hours (time scheduling: every 24 hours, and full comparison when "scheduled_run=true", please correct me if i have anything wrong up to this point). it's been running few days without problem.

But since Sat, after a full comparison happened at 9am as planned, it started to act up strangely. every consequent run becomes full comparison instead of real time sync (it says "Change detected - full comparison required).

provided i didn't change the setting at all in the past few days, im clueless what's causing the change.

any help is much appreciated!

thanks

a little bit more information -

in the "Detected Changes", it says:
Changes Currently Being Processed: Full recomparison underway. Some changes were missed, full recomparison required.

there was a word file which was locked by user and VV couldn't copy it to target server... it's been there for a long time, could that be the reason why full comparison is running every time?

Hello, the locked file could be the issue, what was the error given after a profile run? You could activate the option "Skip files in use" in profile settings -> advanced settings. thanks
