Hi, I am backing up my HDD on a NAS server using ViveVersa Pro 2 and get since a few months back the following error message: [Can not write data. Not enough quota is available to process this command]. Error

I am using 58% of my server capacity. Copying with MS Copy from HDD to NAS server works fine.

Grateful for advice for solving this issue. Brgds, Guy

No, this happens with all the files I want to backup, irrespective of size. I have used Viceversa ver 2 for some 4 years without any problems. Have reinstalled it now with no effect on the quota problem.

Do you mean version 2 works fine and version 2.5 reports the quota error problem? thanks

Can you please try version 2.5? There's also a new profile option "use native file copying" that would solve this issue. thanks
