|
ViceVersa log shows an error in taking a copy of a folder and its contents. The folder has name in Arabic characters. Renaming of the folder is not accepted from the client side. How should I resolve this issue?
Thanks in advance. |

Profile log shows the following error

Unable to rename \\bkp_location\~vv1.tmp into \\bkp_location\???? ????? ??????? ?? ???????? ????????.docx. The filename, directory name, or volume label syntax is incorrect.] [ERROR].
will upgrade to build 2511 and update.
Thanks. |

The client is having just 1 folder with name in Arabic letters. All his files and other folders are having names in English letters. I am able to take the backup of all files and folders except those contained in that particular folder.
Arabic font is not installed in my machine. When copied it is replaced with '?' as seen in my last post. |

Sorry for the mistake. The problem is actually for a file. The file name is given below.
There are many files with name in Arabic letter. But the problem is shown only by this file. The difference with other files is that the length of the file name is much greater than others |

I am already using the syntax \\?\. Profile log says ' The filename, directory name, or volume label syntax is incorrect.] [ERROR] '.
Thanks. |
