I’ve installed ViceVersa Pro v2.5 32 Bit on a Windows 2000 SP4 Server. When I try to launch ViceVersa.exe it fails to start. I process doesn’t start and there is no error message displayed. Can you provide any assistance?

I am having this same problem

something like

The procedure entry point TzSpecificLocalTimeToSystemTime could not be
located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll

I believe TzSpecificLocalTimeToSystemTime is not supported on windows 2000. Unfortunately I already upgraded vvengine and it wants me to have a version of vvpro 2.5 b2509 or newer.
