|
|
We have purchased 6 upgrade licenses in order to move to 2.5. I have a few questions:
- How can I determine which version is installed in our server (32-bit or 64-bit)?
- What are the steps to upgrade from 2.0 to 2.5? Should we install over the current version? |

Hi,
- If ViceVersa PRO 2 is installed in C:\Program Files (x86) on a 64-bit OS, then it's the 32-bit version. In that case, uninstall it and install the 64-bit version.
- Download and install, if you need to uninstall the previous version first there will be a warning.

We have Windows 2003 Servers but there is no "Program Files (x86)" ... so, is it obvious that it is a 32-bit installation?
Vice Versa is installed in "C:\Program Files" |

Hi, if there is no Program Files (x86), then it is a Windows 2003 32-bit server and also ViceVersa is 32-bit (64-bit programs do not run on 32-bit OS). _________________ --
