i'm using 64bit installer with /silent option. in target machine i can see the installer started with *32, but it stall. remove the /silent option also same, still show in task manager list only, but not isntalling. fyi, source is win7 32bit, target is win7 64bit. for target with 32bit machine it working well with silent option

I am wondering if this could be an incompatibility between 32-bit and 64-bit when installing remotely....

what do you mean with "incompatibility"? is it mean 64bit must isntall locally? i'm managed to deploy 64bit using active directory and working well. so it should be working also using another method. could it be issue with the psexec?

Yes, I was referring to psexec, maybe it's an issue with that program?
