I dont want my VVP to execute the profile if there have not been any changes.

It should compare and if it does not find any changes, it should not execute the external scripts..

In Version 2.5 build 2509 or later, there is an environment variable VV_EXECUTED set to 1 if the profile is executed, 0 if not. This variable can be used in the script for conditional behavior.
