VSS Settings?

I must be doing something totally wrong, as I am unable to get VV to snap a volume on Windows 2003 Server Enterprise SP1. I am testing it with an Exchange 2003 Enterprise server (which knows all about VSS) and none of the open files can be replicated. I am running it locally on the Exchange server, so I assume it's not a network issue. The VSS service is running and the volume that Exchange is installed on has several automatic shadows in the Shadow copy list, so VSS seems to be working. Is there something VV needs to do to start a Snapshot (like a setting I'm missing)?

Hello - did you activate VSS in the advanced settings of the ViceVersa profile?
