Great disappointment with PLUS version

This is what i feel.

i had used the Pro version. Very useful, stable and fast, it wast the backup software i was been looking for so long.
The fact is that it had many features i didn´t use, so after the trial period i decided to purchase the Plus version.

Great disappointment!!!.
1.- no way to complete the registration with the "registration name" and "Registration key", send it by the people of tgrmn software
2.- in some operations the software just goes down.

I have sent and email to "support@tgrmn.com" to find a solution, even asking for the update from the Plus to the Pro version (paying of course). No answer.

My conclusions are that the Pro version is a very good one. I would not say the same about the Plus version.

And up to now the post-sales service i am not very sure if it is some kind of ghost.

Actually (after paying) i´m looking for another backup software
