Files rename

Good day
Can you add function for batch rename files and (or) folders in replication (augment) and all other methods ?
For example at file synchronization with identical names but the different size I would like to rename automatically names of files in source and to copy them in target, and now I can overwrite only target or manually select where to put files because otherwize files in target will be overwritten!
