Replication (Update)

We've recently upgraded from ViceVersa pro v 1 (I believe) to version 2.42. My question is, there used to be a feature called replication update. Which maintained the old files and added the new modified even if there were the same name. In the new version I'm not finding where I can do that. Could you direct me in how to accomplish this. Or, is it with the new version you use the archive feature to give me the same results I've deployed before.

To simplify what I'm trying to do:
Source files, copy to Target and retain old and newer modified files on source (same file name).

Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
