Errors on runs (PROBLEM IS RESOLVED, SUB-FOLDER MISMATCHED)

Everytime I run this for local to Network, I get folders that have full permissions that errors out on running the program. I can't figure out the problem, maybe some else can help me out. Also, can't figure out why certain folders are excluded...
