When I use UNC paths to try to get around the 259 char issue I get this error

Not all target files and archive files are on the same disk

but they are.

Any ideas?

Thanks

I think you'd need to use the same 259 prefix notation for all folders including the archive folders. thanks

I have the following

Source \\?\UNC\server1\Shared\

Target \\?\U:\backups\Shared\

Archive \\?\U:\Archives\

There are other sources and targets in my profile but they do not use more then 259 so I didn't change them. In other words, only the Shared folder has paths of more then 259.

Do you see anything incorrect here?

Hi, once you use the prefix for one target, you'll need to use them for all as they have to match the archive folder. This should be improved and I have loggd an item for this. thanks
