WHEN I CLICK ON THE VVENGINE ICON I AM GETTING A BLANK WEB PAGE. THE WEB ADDRESS IS 127.0.0.1:8001". I HAVE TURNED OFF MY FIREWALL AND STILL GET THE SAME RESULT. MY SCHEDULED BACKUPS ARE STILL RUNNING. HOWEVER, I HAVE MUCH MORE FREE SPACE ON MY HARD DRIVE AND BACKUP DRIVE THEN BEFORE THIS PROBLEM. I HAVE INSTALLED NEW TOTAL SECURITY SOFTWARE BUT I DON'T THINK THIS GIVING ME THAT MUCH MORE FREE SPACE.

What version of Windows crashed? Do you have anti-virus or special firewall installed? Run an anti-virus scan. Looks like what caused the system to crash was also responsible for the blank VVEngine page.
