Errors creating files:: NAS synology to C:\Test.

Just bought this product. did a compare from my NAS synology to my C:\test folder. when I execute the mirror I get the following errors.

this looks like a file permissions issue. Does it work C:\ to C:\ (between two test folders)? thanks
