Hi, I have several profiles with multiple sources and targets. I have defined file filters such as "D:\DPR_Data\Outlook\*.pst". When I attempt to run the profiles, I get the error message "File filter "D:DPR_Data\Outlook\*.pst" does not apply to neither source or target folder(s)". I have checked many times to verify that the source and target folders and the *.pst files are present, which is indeed the case. I also tried the following as the file filter as the files are present in source/target pair #1: <1>D:\DPR_Data\Outlook\*.pst. The error message is the same. I am running Vice Versa Pro 2.5, 64 bit build 2504.
The same issue occurs with other profiles when filter filters for files that are present in source and target are specified.
Thank you for any constructive comment on that.

Sources and Targets:
\\?\D:\DPR_Data\ <to> \\?\S:\DPR_Data\
\\?\D:\DPR_Shelf\ <to> \\?\S:\DPR_Shelf\
\\?\D:\Graphics\ <to> \\?\S:\Graphics\
\\?\D:\Slides\ <to> \\?\S:\Slides\
The file filter "D:\DPR_Data\Outlook\*.pst" is for files in the first pair. Trying the pairs without the "\\?\" produces the same error. Using the filter like "<1>D:\DPR_Data\Outlook\*.pst" resulted also in the same error.
Thank you,
Dieter |

When I do this, the error message is different:
Archive Filter "D:\DPR_Data\Outlook\Archive 041001-041031.pst" does not 'intersect' with any source or target folder.
When I click ok, the same error message appears again with the next pst file in this folder, and so on up to the last pst file. After that the synchronization procedure does not start.
There are definitely all the pst files in the source and in the target folder. |

I believe this only happened after I upgraded from build 2501 to 2504. With build 2501, I never experienced problems with file or folder filters of the same type. |

Problem solved: I had some of these pst files listed under "Archive Filters". After removal of these archive filters, everything runs smoothly again.
Thank you. |
