Hi, if you click on "More Info" that is next to a 'Last Run' in VVEngine a window with yellow background will open. This window contains a RUN ID, e.g.: Run ID: 201222602610-3409433-696
Can you try looking into the ViceVersa profile log for the Run ID, at the start and end. Probably the end is missing.

Unfortunately the log has no such Run ID. Inspecting the log shows there are no records for this run |

Same error, seems occuring daily now, at disk insertion. Error log has no entries. Isn't there a debug version to test what's happening?

Sometimes the log file does not contain information about a profile run.
For example, if you recently reset the log file or you set a limit to the log file size or the log file is getting too large. |

Hi, yes, I saw this happening too before, it seems to happen only upon drive insertion, that is, when the drive is attached and file copy is started. I am trying to determine the cause of this. The run after this one is usually fine. thanks _________________ --
