I swear this is going to be the death of me.

I work for a public K-12 school district. Our new Super wants to be able to work offline and have his files synch constantly. For some reason, I could not get his Windows 7 laptop to work with an offline folders GPO (which makes no sense, I've done all I can think of on that).

So when I found Viceversa, I thought "Perfect!". I spent the money and bought the Pro and the Engine and it worked great.

EXCEPT, it just stops working once he reboots or logs off. "An error in a profile" or some such message. As you can imagine, he is getting ticked and I am going to have a stroke over this issue. If I recreate a new tracking database, it will work fine. Until he reboots.

Please help!

The profile I stored in program files/viceversa (should it be left in the default location?) and all of the databases are left in the default locations as well. I don't suppose you guys do any remote support, per chance?

Hi, we can do remote logging if needed later on... for now, can you please send to support@tgrmn.com the profile file(s) you are using in VVEngine (.fsf) and the VVEngine log and xml file, search the drive for "vvengine.log" and "vvengine.xml". It would be useful if you could note down the exact error you are getting and/or a screenshot of the error. thanks

Sure thing, is there a person's attention I need to email it to, or a case number? Smile

Thanks, I replied, we need 1 more file, it looks like the profile is disabling because the profile file .fsf changes.
