|
|
Hi, I'm using ViceVersa Pro on multiple clients connected to a server (domain) and in ViceVersa scheduler, there is an option to automatically select how Scheduler will be run. I.E if you put the Domain Administrator Username and Password, it would run as the Administrator, without any issues.
The thing is, we want to change the Domain Administrator Password, and if we do so, VV Scheduler would not be able to run. It would give the error message "Incorrect Password". My question is, is there a way to make VV change the password automatically? Otherwise, i would have to open every client and edit the password and that would be time consuming.
Please advise,
Thanks.

Hi, VVScheduler won't keep the password, but you can try ine of the following :
a) Create a scheduled task in the Windows Task Scheduler instead of VVScheduler to run ViceVersa. The Windows Task Scheduler will keep the password.
b) Use the VVEngine add-on: http://www.tgrmn.com/web/vvengine/vvengine.htm
It will start when the user logs-in and will not have the problem of password changing.
thanks _________________ --
