I am running VVEngine 2.0 (Build 2.003) as a service on a Windows 2003 server. The service is running as a user. I originally had the user account logged in and would manually start VVEngine. The profiles worked fine with no errors that way. While running as a service, I'm getting the Source empty folder error. It's not happening all the time, just randomly. The source drive is local and there are files and subfolders in it. Here's a short snip of the log for a profile I'm having problems with.

[ERROR] An unhandled exception has occurred in ViceVersa. ViceVersa has to close. A crash report has been saved to "C:\Program Files\ViceVersa Pro\VICEVERSA.rpt" and "C:\Program Files\ViceVersa Pro\VICEVERSA.dmp". Please send the report to support@tgrmn.com along with an explanation of where ViceVersa crashed. Please also attach log file
When I logged onto the server, there were 9 crash report windows (from Windows). I was not experiencing this with the manual start from a logged in user.
Any help would be appreciated. |

Hi, there's a limited amount of profiles you can run in VVEngine when running as a service, how many profiles are you running? thanks _________________ --

I am running 21 profiles. 18 will run every 10 minutes, 2 run every hour and 1 runs every 2 hours.
If that is too many profiles to run as a service, what is the workaround? |
